WHAT YOU GET IN EACH PROGRAM

55-MINUTE INITIAL CONSULTATION

We will talk about your health history, current diet and lifestyle habits, explore your relationship with food and body image, your food preferences and patterns, and your challenges and goals to creating the healthy life you desire. 

25-MINUTE FOLLOW-UP SESSIONS EACH MONTH

Each follow-up is used to see how you are doing, make any adjustments, answer questions and set new goals. These visits are all about you, getting the guidance and motivation you need to succeed. These can be done by phone or Skype/FaceTime.

PERSONALIZED MEAL PLAN

Meal plans are not the typical ones where I tell you exactly what foods and how much to eat. I take your current eating pattern, ask you for your food dislikes/likes and make small changes to help you incorporate healthier eating habits. These change as needed depending on your progress. Once you're in tuned with your body and hunger and fullness cues, you won't have depend on a meal plan

WEEKLY REVIEW OF EATING JOURNAL

You will be keeping an eating journal that I will review and provide feedback either weekly or bi-weekly in between sessions. 

RECAP

An email will be sent to you after each session with a summary of our discussion and goals to focus on until the next session. 

ONGOING SUPPORT IN-BETWEEN SESSIONS

You will get support via email for quick questions, concerns, and motivation in between sessions. Any questions that require in-depth answers will be discussed in the follow-up sessions.
