Be Well by Kristina does not sell your personal information to anyone. Your personal information is never asked for unless needed to provide or improve any services for you. We may disclose your information to third parties if we determine that such disclosure is reasonably necessary to comply with the law, protect our rights or prevent fraud or abuse of Be Well by Kelly or our users/clients. We scrutinize such requests carefully and challenge vague, overbroad or otherwise unlawful requests. And when legally permitted, we provide our users/clients with notice that their information is being requested. This notice is provided so that you have the opportunity to challenge such requests.
2.b. Sharing of Medical Information. Your personal medical information is confidential and will only be shared between you and Be Well by Kristina. If you want anything disclosed to a third party, then it must be requested in writing.
2.c. Sharing of Photos. Your photos are confidential and will only be shared between you and Be Well by Kristina. Public sharing of your photos such as on the website, blog, and other media sources is only with your permission.

Payment for any services will be through a third-party processor such as Paypal or Venmo, and the protection of information will follow the terms of the respective third-party processor used during transaction.
Be Well by Kristina will retain your personal information for a minimum of two years. You can ask for your personal information (i.e. medical information, photos) to be deleted at any time by contacting us at email@example.com.
We may periodically email you service-related announcements. We'll also send you emails related to your transactions. We may also send you marketing or promotional communications, but you can opt out of receiving subsequent marketing or promotional communications by clicking the link marked unsubscribe (or a similar phrasing) that’s included in those communications.
6. COPPA (Children Online Privacy Protection Act)
When it comes to the collection of personal information from children under 13, the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) puts parents in control. The Federal Trade Commission, the nation's consumer protection agency, enforces the COPPA Rule, which spells out what operators of websites and online services must do to protect children's privacy and safety online. We do not specifically market to children under 13.
