Initially, all Michelle wanted was to fit back into her favorite pair of jeans which she achieved in 2 months! She continued with me for a year with new goals. In a year, she lost 15 pounds, 5.5 inches off her waist, 2 inches off her hips, and 2 inches off her thighs!
When I first started working with Kristina back in March of 2017, I originally came to her to have her help me get back into my jeans but I also wanted to increase my energy and sleep better. I mentioned to my family and colleagues that I started working with a nutritionist and no one felt that I needed to see one as they didn't see the extra weight (15-20 lbs) that I was hiding. Back then, I wasn't "overweight" according to the BMI (Body Mass Index) scale but I felt extremely sluggish, tired, and unhealthy. My starting BMI in March of 2017 was 23 and today it's 20. Now, I'm able to fall asleep and stay asleep and wake up with vitality and I've also totally ditched weighing myself on the scale! I'm finally a true morning person and no longer feel groggy when getting up in the morning to go to work!!
I strongly believe that Kristina's coaching helped me to get to where I am today. I never felt that I was restricted in eliminating any particular types of food. I'm a huge carb lover and I still eat bread and cookies. I was also given a lot of helpful suggestions as to how I should structure my day with food/food portions and how to be mindful about it.
...AND, she went above and beyond by being my cheerleader from day 1 to when I started accomplishing my fitness goals and to finally seeing some weight loss and increased energy. One more important thing to mention is that she was able to help me despite our geographical distance.
