My approach to nutrition is to focus on you and find what works for you --- not put you on fad diets and dogmas. I believe with the right balance of nutrition, emotional health, and fitness that anyone can thrive and improve their well-being. I give 1-on-1 attention to every client. THE FRESH START: 55-Minute Session 

We will discuss your nutrition and lifestyle goals. Getting back on track with your nutrition is more than just a meal plan, it's finding the right approach that seamlessly fits in your current lifestyle as you progress into a healthier one. Some things we could talk about are your workout routine, sleep habits, do you like to cook or go out for food, and many more as we come up with a tailored plan. Note this is NOT a customized in-depth nutrition plan.


THE REFRESH SESSION: 25-Minute Session

This session is for you if you've already had your fresh start with me or if you're already on a path to a healthy lifestyle and need guidance and advice to make it better. The refresh session gives you the opportunity to continue with the goals you had in the fresh start or discover new goals to create the life you desire. I will listen to your concerns and goals, answer questions you have, and offer recommendations to guide you in the right direction. Note this is NOT a customized in-depth nutrition plan


THE GROWTH SPURT: One 55-Minute Session + One Customized Meal Plan

This is for those who want to  jumpstart their nutrition lifestyle. It combines The Fresh Start and getting a customized in-depth nutrition plan to help you achieve your goals.


MEAL PLAN

For those who only want a meal plan.  Fill out a short questionnaire on your preferences and a meal plan is made based on your goals -- quick and easy! 


THE GREEN PROGRAM

This program is for you to begin/start into a healthier lifestyle or for past/previous clients that need a lifestyle reset. Typically completed in 4 weeks.

INCLUDES:

  • 4 total sessions: The Fresh Start, 3 The Refresh Sessions
  • Full assessment of current health
  • Customized meal plan and/or supplements
  • Individual goals and recommendations
  • Unlimited support in between sessions via email

THE THRIVE PROGRAM

This program is for you if you're highly motivated and feel empowered for a lifestyle change. This will give you time to make slow changes and turn them into long lasting habits. Typically completed in 8-12 weeks.

INCLUDES:

  • 8 total sessions: The Fresh Start, 7 The Refresh Sessions 
  • Full assessment of current health
  • Customized meal plan and/or supplements
  • Individual goals and recommendations
  • Unlimited support in between sessions via email

I do not accept insurance. 

Sessions will be conducted via phone, Skype, FaceTime or, if desired, in person (in West Los Angeles). 

You are responsible for using all sessions purchased. Single session expires 1 month from initial purchase date. Packages expiration date depends on the number of weeks/months purchased (i.e. 1-month package expires 2 months from initial purchase date, 6-week package expires 18 weeks, 2-month package, expires 4 months)
