Leticia's goal was to lose the extra pounds that were slowly creeping on her small 5'1" frame so she could regain her running agility and prepare to start a family the following year. Since she did most of the cooking for herself and her husband she requested that I incorporate foods that they both liked because she didn't want to prepare two different meals. In addition, I guided her on how to add in resistance training along with her running.
In 6 weeks, she went from a size 9/10 to a 6 and lost over 10 inches all over! She has been able to maintain this weight with ease.
